Our final Bracknell Conservative Policy Forum of 2026 will be getting into the Christmas spirit with a slightly different topic: the National Elf Service.
On Friday 18 December, we’ll be taking a light-hearted but serious look at the NHS and the future of healthcare in Britain.
The NHS is one of the biggest areas of government spending and one of the public services people rely upon most. But with growing demand, an ageing population, workforce pressures and ever-increasing costs, simply spending more money cannot be the only answer.
So what would we change?
We’ll be discussing GP and hospital access, waiting lists, prevention, social care, NHS productivity, technology, staffing and how we get better outcomes for patients and taxpayers.
As always, our local CPF is about discussion rather than lectures. Bring your experiences, your criticisms and, most importantly, your ideas.
