In early October, and to continue with our traditional bulb planting, our Mayor, Cllr Mrs Sheila Davenport , Cllrs Gaby Kennedy, Michael Brossard and Pauline McKenzie joined four members of our Sandhurst Town Council Ground Staff to plant daffodils in Yorktown Road in Sandhurst.
Cllr Brossard and the Ground Staff provided the muscle power by digging the holes while the Mayor and Cllrs Kennedy and McKenzie planted the bulbs.
Cllr Kennedy said they look forward to seeing the colourful display of daffodils next spring, which enhances our Town with magnificent displays of flowers in the spring, as part of our contribution to improve our Environment.
