Dai Roberts has been a proud Bracknell resident since 1996. Over nearly three decades, he has immersed himself in the local community, marrying in Warfield and raising his two children here. Both of his children were educated in local schools, giving Dai a deep understanding of the area’s strengths, values, and the challenges it faces. His longstanding ties to Bracknell give him a grounded, personal perspective on the needs and priorities of its residents.
Professionally, Dai comes from a strong background in the IT sector, having worked in a wide range of roles across his career. This experience has equipped him with a broad skill set — from strategic thinking and project management to technical problem-solving and innovation. His ability to adapt, lead teams, and manage complex systems has proven invaluable in his current role within the Bracknell Conservative Association (BCA).
Now in a position to dedicate more of his time to community service, Dai brings his wealth of experience and measured, practical approach to his role as Chairman. He is passionate about supporting local Conservative members and councilors, strengthening grassroots campaigning, and helping the association grow and thrive in a challenging political climate. Dai is particularly focused on ensuring that the Conservative message remains clear, principled, and locally relevant.
With his calm leadership style, long-standing commitment to Bracknell, and a strong sense of duty, Dai is determined to help guide BCA through its next chapter—working closely with members, volunteers, and councilors to secure a strong future for the Conservative cause in the borough.
