Martin Jeater

Honorary Treasurer - Bracknell Conservative Association

Martin has lived in Wokingham since 1963 attending Forest Grammar School and Bath University.

Having qualified as a Chartered Accountant with PwC in Reading he has since had a career in the IT sector with roles in both financial accounting, management accounting and latterly in complex bids primarily for Siemens, with a short secondment to Munich in the 1990s.

Having retired five years ago he has involved himself in the community acting as Treasurer for Wokingham Volunteer Centre (WVC) and Wokingham Men's Shed in addition to Team Leader role for Green 'n Tidy the gardening arm of WVC

He has two sons, now in their thirties, one of whom lives in Sydney and one granddaughter with another grandchild on the way.

His interests are socialising, travel and reading.
