It is beginning to look a lot like Spring ! The weather is lovely here in the Ward and it is great to be out and about today.
"I was very impressed when I met with Luisa and Victor today" said Councillor Dee Hamilton. Luisa and Victor are residents of Bishopdale in Wildridings.
Together they have worked to improve planting in their local area . Luisa explained how kind people have been as the rock garden was created from a free social media recycling site .The rock garden includes Creeping Thyme , Heathers and Violets .
The tree area has also been designed to encourage wild birds . I wanted to share with you the walkway of Daffodils for you to enjoy . Rosie is also a resident of Bishopdale and is a keen gardener . "I would like to thank them for supporting our community with their hard work and dedication." said a delighted Councillor Hamilton
